Chief Executive Officer: Raymond C. Jones
Mr. Jones has over twenty-five years of leadership and management experience in a wide range of industries. Mr. Jones earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and a J.D. from George Mason Law School. Mr. Jones is an experienced entrepreneur, aerospace engineer, lawyer and corporate financial specialist. He has both fixed-wing and helicopter flying experience.
Having run several successful businesses, Mr. Jones is adept at guiding companies through product development, marketing/sales strategies, business/corporate development activities, channel partnering arrangements, and workforce training programs.
Chief Engineer: Robert S. Skillen
Mr. Skillen has over twenty-five years of experience in commercial and defense manufacturing and construction positions. Mr. Skillen earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, and has broad technical experience in aircraft design and composite aircraft manufacturing. He is also a former F-14 carrier aviator.
Mr. Skillen designed, prototyped and manufactured many aerospace parts and assemblies. These included advanced composite aero-structural components, aircraft fasteners specially designed as inserts/connectors for composite panels, and composite control surfaces. He is well versed in a wide range of composite manufacturing processes, including prepreg laminating, vacuum infusion and resin transfer molding.
